In 2022, Jen purchased Crepe Time Catering from the Pastranas. The Pastranas started Crepe Time in 2016 to bring crepes all over Raleigh, Durham, Cary and the surrounding areas. They have since retired, however Jen is continuing on the tradition of bring Crepes to the area!
