Well my daughters name is Asia and she too is an avid lover of all baked goods just as I am! My hope is that this bakery becomes a stepping stone in her journey that she one day takes over. So when you run into her at the bakery covered in flour say Hi she would love to meet you!!

In 2022, Jen purchased Crepe Time Catering from the Pastranas. The Pastranas started Crepe Time in 2016 to bring crepes all over Raleigh, Durham, Cary and the surrounding areas. They have since retired, however Jen is continuing on the tradition of bring Crepes to the area!

We value our land and soil and desire to support our local farmers who have the same goals in mind. NC Cookie Momster has been providing "Happiness Baked In Every Cookie!" since 2019. I specialize in gourmet cookies, ranging from the classics (think Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Snickerdoodle, etc) to the more "adventurous" (think Sea Salt Caramel, Heath Potato Chip, Pistachio Brown Butter Chocolate Chip, and more!).
